Ingredients
  • For the dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • For the shrimp
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • For the salad
  • 1-2 heads butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 red radishes, sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1 avocado, sliced
Directions
  1. Prepare the dressing by adding mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk ingredients and store in the fridge until ready to use.
  3. To make the shrimp, add butter to a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning, and stir.
  6. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes, or until fully cooked. Keep warm.
  7. To assemble the salad, arrange the lettuce leaves on a large platter.
  8. Top with shrimp, tomatoes, radishes, eggs, capers, and avocado.
  9. Serve salad with dressing on the side.
