Royal Baby Cheddar At Whole Foods

The English-made cheese is in honor of the birth of Prince Louis

Prince William and Kate Middleton have a new addition to their family, and to celebrate, Whole Foods is putting a new cheese on its shelves, fittingly called Royal Addition Cheddar. According to The Kitchn, the cheese was created by Westminster Cheddar, which also made a special release in 2013 in honor of Prince George's birth.

The cheddar's "wonderfully creamy yet savory" quality would make a fitting—ahem—addition to any cheese tray for that upcoming royal wedding viewing party. It's on sale now for $10 a pound, and if you want to be really celebratory, you could spring for an eight-pound, seven-ounce hunk—the weight of Prince Louis.
