The Fulton Stall Market officially opens this weekend at the old fish-market space, with a dozen local vendors and farms--including Cupcake Express, Valley Shepherd Creamery and Sang Lee Farms--selling their goods. Crawfish for NOLA
One ton of live crawfish will be boiled and served along with traditional sides, live music and unlimited beer and hurricane cocktails at this two-day feast to benefit Brad Pitt's Make It Right Foundation (Sorry: Mr. Pitt is not scheduled to attend). Union Prime
This Union Square steakhouse--formerly known as Café Society, and before that, Steak Frites--has closed and will reopen under its old signage (Steak Frites) this summer. To add further confusion, the West Village location of Steak Frites will soon be transformed into a comfort-food restaurant called Lucy Browne's.
