Soldier Field will be overrun with beer as more than 50 breweries gather for the 3rd Annual AleFest. Bike to Asia
Fork and the Road's weekly culinary bike tour ($50) is heading to Asia, by way of Chinatown. The ride starts at Intelligentsia Coffee in Millennium Park and stops for tastings at Szechuan, Thai and Japanese restaurants (so bikers have enough calories for the 22-mile route). 53 E. Pops for Champagne is celebrating Bastille Day early with a five-hour fête ($35).
