The DEWAR's Discovery is a blended Scotch whisky experience that has been traveling the U.S. and sharing Scotch savvy with curious palates. Fresh from a stint in New York, The DEWAR's Discovery is finally making its way to Chicago for 12 invitation-only events that--among other things--put you in the blender's seat.
During your evening, a DEWAR's ambassador will teach you the subtle art of identifying the whisky's aromas--think honey, floral and citrus--and the even subtler art of blending it. Your experience will be fortified by learning about DEWAR's and Scotland. You'll also enjoy a Scotch history lesson while sipping on DEWAR's cocktails poured in a lounge built just for the occasion.
By the end of the night you'll be well-versed in all things DEWAR's.
