Ingredients
2 pounds red snapper fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Lemon slices, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and panko breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Place fish fillets on a lined baking tray. Rub with olive oil and top with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes, until flaky. Serve with lemon slices.
