Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Use a garlic press to mince the garlic cloves.
  2. To prepare the Brussels sprouts, remove the outer layers and then slice in half.
  3. Place the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic and Brussels sprouts. Stir to coat evenly with the butter and garlic. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. After 8 minutes, you will notice that the Brussels sprouts are slightly charred on the edges. This is when they are ready.
  5. Serve immediately.
