Simple Creamy Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) can chickpeas (plus ⅓ cup of the liquid)
⅓ cup tahini
juice from ½ lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor, reserving a few of the chickpeas to top the finished hummus if desired.
Blitz until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
Transfer to your serving bowl of choice.
Top with some extra olive oil, the reserved chickpeas and a sprinkle of paprika, as desired.
