Simple Creamy Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (14-ounce) can chickpeas (plus ⅓ cup of the liquid)
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor, reserving a few of the chickpeas to top the finished hummus if desired.
  2. Blitz until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Transfer to your serving bowl of choice.
  4. Top with some extra olive oil, the reserved chickpeas and a sprinkle of paprika, as desired.
