Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste
  • pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Break up the banana into pieces.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and top with an additional cherry and some cocoa powder or grated chocolate if desired.
