Ingredients
3 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground ginger
½ cup whipped cream
½ cup mini marshmallows
Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and ground ginger.
Cook until the mixture comes to a simmer and the sugar has dissolved. This will take about 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the contents into mugs.
Top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
Serve immediately.
