Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe mangos
  • ½ red onion
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 mild red chili pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup cilantro (packed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Dice the mango into approximately 1 cm chunks, then finely dice the red onion, tomatoes, chili pepper, and cilantro.
  2. Add all the chopped ingredients to a mixing bowl, squeeze over the lime juice, and add some salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well to combine.
