Classic Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Pour the milk into a mason jar or a container with a lid.
Add the chia seeds and stir well.
Add the maple syrup and vanilla. Stir the mixture again. Cover with lid.
Place jar in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
The mixture will take on a pudding-like consistency after it has rested. Add optional toppings to the chia pudding if you wish.
