Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 
⅓ cup Irish Cream

  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan combine the heavy cream and Irish cream.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat until the mixture just starts to simmer.
  3. Remove it from the heat.

  4. Add the chocolate, stirring until it is fully melted and combined with the cream mixture.

  5. Transfer the chocolate to a fondue pot to stay warm.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping options.
