Mint Limeade Recipe

- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 10 limes, or 1 cup of lime juice, plus lime wedges to garnish
- 3 cups cold water
- 4 sprigs of mint, to garnish
- Pour the sugar into a large pitcher or bowl, and add the hot water. Stir to dissolve.
- Cut the limes in half, and juice them into a measuring cup. Juice until you reach 1 cup. If any seeds have made it into the mixture, remove them.
- Add the lime juice to the water and sugar mixture. Stir in the cold water.
- Put the mixture into the fridge to cool for 1 hour. Then add ice, mint sprigs, and extra lime slices.
