Miso-Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 salmon filets
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso, oil, mirin, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and honey.
  3. Brush the glaze onto the filets, coating each piece of fish generously.
  4. Place the glazed fish in the oven, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until flaky and cooked through. Remove from the oven, and serve. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
