Honey-Glazed Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
Directions
  1. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, freshly grated ginger, cooking oil, and a pinch of black pepper. Place the chicken thighs into the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Allow them to sit in the marinade for at least half an hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Transfer the marinaded chicken thighs to an oven dish, reserving any leftover marinade, and then place the chicken into the oven to roast.
  3. After 25 minutes, remove the chicken thighs from the oven. Use a silicone brush or a spoon to brush some of the reserved marinade on the top of the chicken thighs. Then place them back into the oven for another 20 minutes to finish roasting.
  4. The chicken thighs are ready when they are browned on top and cooked through.
