Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorn
  • 21/2 tablespoons crispy fried garlic
  • 1 tablespoon piment d'Espelette
  • 1 tablespoon fennel pollen
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions
  1. Using a blender or spice grinder, pulse the peppercorns until finely ground. Add to a small bowl.
  2. In the same blender, blend the fried garlic until finely ground, taking care not to over-blend.
  3. Add piment d'Espelette, fennel pollen, and salt to the bowl.
  4. Whisk thoroughly to combine. Store tightly at room temperature.
