Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces dark rum
  • ¾ ounce Campari
  • 1½ ounces pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish
  • Pineapple leaves, for garnish
  • Amarena cherry, for garnish
Directions
  1. Combine rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with pineapple leaves, a pineapple wedge, and an Amarena cherry. Serve and enjoy!
