Ingredients
1½ ounces dark rum
¾ ounce Campari
1½ ounces pineapple juice
½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Pineapple leaves, for garnish
Amarena cherry, for garnish
Directions
Combine rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for 15 to 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with pineapple leaves, a pineapple wedge, and an Amarena cherry. Serve and enjoy!
