Beef Tagliata (Italian Steak) Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 sprig rosemary
4 1/2 cups arugula
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 lemon
Directions
Heat your grill to medium heat.
Place the steak on a sheet tray and brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil using the rosemary as a brush. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 8 minutes per side for medium. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
Divide the steak between four plates.
Add arugula, cherry tomatoes, and cheese to the plate.
Drizzle the greens with the remaining olive oil and vinegar. Season with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
