Ingredients
  • 1 (11.25-ounce) can sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 10 ounces dairy free semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang on 2 sides of the pan.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed coconut milk and chocolate to a large saucepan. Heat on low heat, whisking often, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is combined.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread out evenly.
  5. Refrigerate until the fudge is set, about 2 hours.
  6. Remove the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.
