Pecan-Stuffed Dates With Balsamic (a Perfect Thanksgiving Snack) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 15 medjool dates
  • ½ cup soft cream cheese
  • 12 pecan halves
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Directions
  1. Cut the medjool dates in half lengthwise, and if they have a round stem, remove it and discard.
  2. Remove and discard the pits.
  3. Stuff the inside of each date with cream cheese.
  4. Add a pecan half on top of the cream cheese and press to secure it in place.
  5. Chop the rosemary.
  6. Top each date with chopped rosemary.
  7. Drizzle the dates with balsamic glaze.
  8. Serve the pecan-stuffed dates.
