Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup shaved toasted coconut, for topping
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt, for topping
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs, for topping
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios, for topping
Directions
  1. Add bananas, coconut cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Divide into bowls.
  4. Top with a swirl of coconut yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and pistachios.
  6. Serve immediately.
