Ingredients
2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
½ cup coconut cream
2 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup shaved toasted coconut, for topping
½ cup coconut yogurt, for topping
¼ cup cacao nibs, for topping
¼ cup finely chopped pistachios, for topping
Directions
Add bananas, coconut cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Divide into bowls.
Top with a swirl of coconut yogurt.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and pistachios.
Serve immediately.
