Dark Chocolate Raspberry Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pound 70% dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ΒΌ cup raspberry pastry filling or jam
  • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries, crushed into a powder
Directions
  1. Prepare an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place butter and chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
  3. Bring a small pot of water to boil over medium heat. Add the bowl on top of the pot as a double boiler.
  4. Stir the butter and chocolate constantly until smooth.
  5. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared square pan.
  7. Use a knife or spatula to swirl the raspberry filling into the chocolate.
  8. Top with crushed dried raspberries.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  10. Cut the fudge into pieces and serve.
