Dark Chocolate Raspberry Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 pound 70% dark chocolate, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
ΒΌ cup raspberry pastry filling or jam
2 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries, crushed into a powder
Directions
Prepare an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Place butter and chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
Bring a small pot of water to boil over medium heat. Add the bowl on top of the pot as a double boiler.
Stir the butter and chocolate constantly until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared square pan.
Use a knife or spatula to swirl the raspberry filling into the chocolate.
Top with crushed dried raspberries.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Cut the fudge into pieces and serve.
