Smoky French 75 Winter Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
1 ½ ounces tequila
½ ounce Armagnac
½ ounce red vermouth
½ ounce Cointreau
2 ounces Champagne
1 splash absinthe
2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon curls
Directions
Add tequila, Armagnac, red vermouth, and Cointreau to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
Top with Champagne.
Float the absinthe on top by pouring it gently over an upside-down bar spoon.
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters on top.
Garnish with lemon curls to serve.
