Vegan Avocado Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 medium avocados
  • ½ cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Slice avocados in half, then scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Add cacao powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda and stir well to combine.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour mixture into a parchment-lined, 9x4-inch loaf pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove brownies from the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
  7. Once cool, cut and serve.
