Ingredients
  • 2 dates
  • 1 ½ cups soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
  1. Submerge the dates in boiling water and let them soften for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove dates from water. Discard the pits.
  3. Add the softened dates, soy milk, banana, matcha, and maple syrup to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
