Ingredients
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 ½ ounces 70% cacao dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until completely smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, smooth over with a spatula, and cover. Freeze until solid, about 5-8 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and thaw until soft enough to scoop.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using, and serve.
