Vanilla Chai Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground clove
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
Directions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend, using a tamper to push the ingredients towards the blades.
  3. Serve immediately, garnishing each glass with a cinnamon stick and star anise, if desired.
