Vanilla Chai Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground clove
½ teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
Blend, using a tamper to push the ingredients towards the blades.
Serve immediately, garnishing each glass with a cinnamon stick and star anise, if desired.
