Elderflower and Peach Summer Punch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 2 cups white wine, chilled
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint
  • 2 pints lemonade, chilled
Directions
  1. Slice the peaches, strawberries, and lemon.
  2. Add the St. Germain, peach nectar, and white wine to a punch bowl.
  3. Muddle the liquids together with a spoon.
  4. Stir in the chopped fruits and mint. (Store in the fridge if not using immediately.)
  5. Just before serving, add the chilled lemonade and a few handfuls of ice.
  6. Garnish with sprigs of elderflower, if using, then serve.
