Refreshing Watermelon Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups seeded and diced ripe watermelon
  • ¼ cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently until evenly mixed.
  2. Taste and adjust for salt and lime juice if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
