Jalapeño Popper Party Pinwheel Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 large jalapeños, diced (seeds and membranes discarded), divided
  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules
  • ½ teaspoon onion granules
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 eight or ten-inch tortillas
  • 1 cup diced red pepper
  • 3 diced green onions
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups broken corn chips
Directions
  1. Add the cream cheese, sour cream ¼ cup of the diced jalapenos, garlic granules, onion granules, and salt to a food processor. Blend until creamy.
  2. Add a layer of the jalapeño cream cheese to each of the tortillas making sure to spread all the way to the edges.
  3. Sprinkle on some red pepper, green onions, cilantro, cheese, and corn chips.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1 or 2-inch pieces. Insert a toothpick and serve.
