Creamy Peach Almond Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2 cups frozen banana
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons oats
Directions
  1. Pour the almond milk into a blender.
  2. Add the remaining smoothie ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Check the consistency and add more fruit or cottage cheese if you like it thicker or more milk or ice if you like it thinner. Add more honey if you like it sweeter.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 bowls.
  4. Right before topping, slice the peaches and bananas.
  5. Top the smoothie bowls with fresh peach and banana slices, sliced almonds, and oats.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired and serve immediately.
