Creamy Dreamy Ditalini Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
8 ounces ditalini pasta
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic granules
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ English cucumber, diced
1 diced red pepper
¼ cup diced red onion
½ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup chopped Italian parsley
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Dijon, olive oil, garlic granules, salt, and pepper. Set it aside.
When the pasta is done, drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Pour the pasta into a bowl and add the tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, black olives, and parsley.
Toss with the dressing.
Cover and chill in the fridge for one hour.
Serve the pasta salad.
