Starbucks-Inspired Cranberry Bliss Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
  4. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest and beat until well-mixed.
  5. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and ginger to the bowl and beat until fully incorporated.
  6. Mix in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let cool completely.
  9. In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest until smooth and fluffy.
  10. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled blondies.
  11. Sprinkle the chopped dried cranberries over the frosting.
  12. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of the bars.
  13. Cut the blondies into 12 equal squares, then cut each square diagonally to make triangles.
  14. Serve right away, or chill until ready to eat.
