Ingredients
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas, about 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup + 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup chopped peanuts
  • ⅓ cup crushed pineapple
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1-2 drops red food coloring
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Beat together the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add 1 ½ cup flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and beat until the ingredients are just incorporated.
  5. Divide the batter evenly into 3 bowls.
  6. To the first bowl, mix in the peanuts and crushed pineapple.
  7. To the second bowl, mix in the cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
  8. In a small bowl mix together the remaining 1 teaspoon flour with the chopped strawberries.
  9. To the third bowl, mix in the flour-coated strawberries and red food coloring.
  10. Spread the chocolate batter evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  11. Top with the white batter and gently spread until the chocolate batter is evenly covered.
  12. Gently spread the strawberry batter over the white batter.
  13. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  14. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then turn onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
  15. Slice, serve, and enjoy.
