Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup olive oil
Directions
  1. Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes in a food processor.
  2. Pulse to combine.
  3. While pulsing, drizzle in the olive oil slowly to combine.
  4. Pulse until cloudy.
  5. Transfer to a jar.
  6. Serve or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
