Ingredients
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ ounce honey syrup
Directions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker.
  3. Cover and shake vigorously until very cold, about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Place ice in a rocks glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
