Ingredients
2 ounces bourbon
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce honey syrup
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker.
Cover and shake vigorously until very cold, about 10-15 seconds.
Place ice in a rocks glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
