Sweet Potato Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen sweet potato cubes
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
  1. Add the frozen sweet potato cubes, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, dates, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until all of the ingredients are well combined. (If necessary, more almond milk can be added to thin.)
  3. Serve immediately.
