Savory Avocado Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 medium avocados
  • ½ cup Italian parsley, chopped
  • Juice from 1-2 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
  1. Cut the avocados, remove the pits, and add the avocado flesh to a large food processor.
  2. Chop the parsley and add to the food processor.
  3. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and sea salt to the food processor. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Serve as a dip or spread on baguette bread.
