Ingredients
  • 64 ounces (8 cups) chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 green onions, sliced
Directions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and ginger. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer
  2. In a small bowl, add the eggs and whisk to combine well.
  3. Once the pot is simmering, remove it from heat and add the eggs while stirring liquid around with a cooking spoon or ladle in the same direction to make a whirlpool.
  4. Once eggs have cooked in the hot broth, add in green onions.
  5. Serve with your favorite stir-fry or fried rice.
