Easy Crockpot Cream Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cans corn, drained
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup stick butter, sliced into ¼-inch slices
Directions
  1. Put the corn in a colander, and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
  2. Add the corn, milk, salt, and pepper to the Crockpot, and stir.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into cubes, and slice the butter into ¼-inch-thick slices.
  4. Place the cream cheese cubes and butter slices on top of the corn mixture.
  5. Set the temperature to High, and cook for 3 hours.
  6. Carefully open the Crockpot, and stir the corn.
  7. Cover, and cook for about 20 more minutes.
  8. Serve topped with parsley or other fresh herbs, if desired.
