In a mason jar combine the flax milk and oatmeal. Shake vigorously and place in the fridge for 8 hours.
To stew the apples, melt coconut oil over low heat. Add sliced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and water to the pan. Allow the apples to cook until the bottom of the pot is almost dry, about 10 minutes
In a mason jar, add ⅓ of the oatmeal, followed by ¼ cup apple butter and then ⅓ of the apples. Repeat once more.
Top the mason jar with one more layer of oatmeal and garnish with extra apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
