- 4 cups frozen mango slices
- 1/8 cup white granulated sugar
- juice of ½ lime
- Place the frozen mango, sugar, and lime juice into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 3 minutes until it's smooth.
- Place the sorbet mixture into a loaf tin, and freeze it for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, it is ready to be served.
