Easy Mango Habanero Hot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
3 habanero peppers, stemmed (and seeded for less heat)
½ mango, peeled and pitted
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 garlic clove
2½ tablespoons muscovado or dark brown sugar
1½ teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine the habaneros with the mango, vinegar and garlic in a blender, and process until smooth.
Boil the sugar with 2 tablespoons water and add the habanero and mango purée.
Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Season with the maple syrup and salt.
