1 teaspoon dried shallot flakes (onion flakes are a fine substitute)
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon dried garlic flakes
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon flaked salt
Directions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy, 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the spices: In a small sauté pan, add all of the remaining ingredients, except the flaked salt, and lightly toast until golden brown and fragrant, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Add the toasted spices and flaked salt to the whipped cream cheese and mix until the mixture is fully incorporated. Transfer to a small condiment bowl and serve.
