Make the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, making sure all parts are integrated well.
Make the wings: Dip the wings into the sauce and grill, 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165° in the thickest part of the meat, reapplying the sauce liberally when the wings are flipped or turned.
