Ingredients
  • Two 11.2-fluid ounce bottles Mike's Hard Watermelon Lemonade
  • 2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1½ teaspoons agave
  • ½ jalapeño--stemmed, seeded and rough chopped
  • Lime wedges, for garnish
  • Chili powder, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a blender, combine the Mike's Hard Watermelon Lemonade, chopped watermelon, tequila, agave and jalapeño and blend until smooth. Strain the purée, then pour it into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  2. Remove the pan from the freezer and break up the semi-frozen liquid with a fork. Place the pan back in the freezer and repeat this process every 15 minutes until the mixture resembles a snow-like consistency, 1 to 1½ hours.
  3. Divide the shaved ice between bowls or paper cones and garnish with a lime wedge and a pinch of chili powder, then serve.
