1¾ cups ripe, Fresh California Avocado--peeled, seeded and quartered
¾ cup, minus 1 tablespoon, maple syrup
3 tablespoons orange juice
¼ teaspoon Maldon salt
⅓ cup, plus 1 tablespoon, cocoa powder
½ cup, minus 1 tablespoon, coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup, plus 1 tablespoon, agave
¾ cup cold water
Cocoa nibs, for garnish
Directions
In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients except the water. Start to purée the mixture using an immersion blender. Slowly add the cold water in a steady stream until shiny and smooth. Top with raw cocoa nibs and serve.
