How to Make a Prosecco Cocktail from Joe Campanale

Ingredients
1 ounce Contratto Bitter
1 ounce sweet vermouth (such as Carpano Antica)
Ice
Prosecco, to top
Orange slice, for garnish
Directions
In a wineglass add the Contratto Bitter and Carpano. Fill a little more than halfway with ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange slice and straw. and serve. Note: There should be a separation in color between the clear Prosecco and red/brown color of the Contratto and Carpano mixture.
