Directions
Make the yogurt sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Set aside.
Make the lamb tartare: In a separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the crisps, and mix together with a metal spoon.
To assemble, spread 1 tablespoon of the lamb tartare onto an Udi's Gluten Free Simply Sea Salt Ancient Grain Crisp, then top with ½ teaspoon of the yogurt mixture. Repeat with the remaining tartare, Udi's Sea Salt Ancient Grain Crisps and yogurt sauce. And serve.
